Thank You from the Friends of Music Executive Board
The Executive Board of the Bergenfield Friends of Music would like to thank everyone involved with the 4th Annual Bergen County Invitational Band Festival. Our thanks go out to all the schools who competed in the event. We hope you enjoyed your day as our guests, and we look forward to seeing you next year. We would like to thank all the families and friends who drove from as far as Pennsylvania to support your schools. You're enthusiasm brings out the best in your schools' performances. Special thanks go out to the merchants in town who placed ads in our Band Journal. You're support to our children is invaluable. A special note to Papa John's for the constant delivery of pizzas throughout the day, and to Joey's Main St. Deli for the food for the judges. You guys come through every year for us, and we can't thank you enough. We would also like to thank the crew from the High School who hepled us from setting up in the morning to closing up at night. Whatever we needed, you guys provided. You're the best!! We would like to thank Mr. John Kupp, Mr. Brian Timmons and the entire Bergenfield Music Dept. staff for all their help in making this festival a truly successful venture. And finally, to all the parents who helped us throughout the day, without you guys there wouldn't be a Band Festival. You all put in a long day, you were exhausted as the sun set, but you all left with smiles on your faces because you all worked together to make the day special for our kids, our school and our town. The Executive Board thanks you from the bottom of our hearts, and we look forward to continued succes in the future.
